only stayed 2 nights, as we didn't have time, but glad that chose this wonderful and quiet little hotel. we greatly enjoyed the great breakfast. in front of a bus stop, the location was easy and peaceful, in a quiet area. again, it was 1 mile from galveston featherfest.

The staff at Albergo Fiorenza is very courteous and accommodating. the room was clean and had a large balcony with great views. the air conditioning worked well, and I felt safe with the smoke detectors provided. the breakfast had plenty of delicious options.

The hotel itself was ideal. I loved the room and its bright decor. the venue had a central location to the historic area. Overall my stay was fairly nice, and I would like to stay there on the next trip.

Very far from city. 15 minute taxi ride. Located in industrial part of town, graffiti everywhere, seemed unsafe. Hotel staff spoke no english, had to wait for room to be cleaned when we checked in (even though it was after check-in time)

Great A/C, great FREE wifi. Loved the garage and free videos. The staff was superb! Oh, and who needs clear water when you have a gas station and McDonald's right outside? *eye roll*

Very helpful, friendly, and available staff. Very clean hotel. Had some good fresh fruit at breakfast (apples, kiwi, sometimes bananas and watermelon).
Orange juice at the breakfast has to improve...it is watered down and sugar added. More fresh fruit at breakfast would be nice. Granola as one of the cereals would be nice as well. The hotel is far from the center of town but is near the bus stop...unfortunately the buses went on strike the second day of our week in Salerno so it was expensive to get into the center of Saleno with the 13 euro cost for taxis.
